CORDINZA / Hotel revenue-to-cash control

Answers before a first review.

Understand the starting scope, customer effort, deliverables and the decision about any further work.

Frequently asked questions

What is the first service?

A proposed standalone, fixed-fee revenue-to-cash review for one hotel and one completed month, covering an agreed operational payment source, settlement provider, bank account and currency.

Who is it designed for?

Independent hotel owners and small ownership groups with exportable records, a nominated finance contact and a specific payment or settlement question. The initial scope covers one selected property.

Does it replace our accountant?

The intended review works with the hotel finance team and its accountant. They retain responsibility for the books and approvals. Full accounting cleanup, tax and assurance work fall outside the starting scope.

Do we need a new PMS or integration?

The first review is designed around agreed exports. Exact formats, permissions and completeness need confirmation. No named integration is claimed as generally available.

What would the owner receive?

A coverage record, settlement comparison, referenced exception register and owner review with next actions. The written proposal must state delivery dates and limits.

How much hotel staff time is required?

One contact must prepare the agreed exports and answer operating questions. Preparation and follow-up effort need to be established during fit review; no untested time commitment is promised.

Does a difference mean money is missing?

No. Timing, fees, refunds and source gaps can explain a difference. An explanation or correction is recorded separately from cash actually received.

Can CORDINZA move money or approve changes?

Review access grants neither right. Authorised customer staff retain approval and execution of consequential financial actions.

What is the price?

The adopted model is a fixed fee for the accepted initial scope. A numerical price will be published after delivery effort is validated. Any proposal must state the total fee, limits and additional charges before work begins.

Does the review become a subscription?

The initial review is designed to end at its agreed deliverables. Ongoing monitoring would be a separate choice with its own scope, price and cancellation terms.

What happens if an issue remains open?

The handover identifies the evidence available, dependency, responsible person and next action. The agreed allowance limits follow-up work; resolution by a bank or processor is not guaranteed.

Can we enquire or start now?

External enquiries are not open. You can inspect the fictional examples and prepare with the local checklist. Operator, privacy arrangements and delivery readiness must be confirmed before intake opens.

How is the local checklist handled?

It runs in your browser. Selections are not submitted to CORDINZA, saved to browser storage or sent to an analytics collector.
