CORDINZA / Hotel revenue-to-cash control

What the owner would receive

Coverage record

The sources, dates, opening items, mappings and missing records affecting the review.

Settlement bridge and exceptions

A comparison of expected and received amounts, with references, explanations and open items.

Owner review and action plan

A review of the findings, the person responsible for each next action and the evidence needed for closure.

Agree the fee before work begins.

The proposed model uses a fixed fee for the accepted review scope. A record inventory would first establish likely fit, transaction volume and complexity; confidential financial files would move only through an agreed secure process.

The written proposal must state the total fee, any third-party costs, customer responsibilities, delivery timetable and limits. A numerical price will be published after delivery effort and costs have been validated.

The first review is intended to end at its agreed deliverables. Recurring work would require a separate agreement, with no automatic continuation from the initial review.

Items requiring separate scope

  • Additional hotels, accounts, providers, currencies or historical periods.
  • Complex chargebacks, legal disputes or provider-led recovery work.
  • Full accounting cleanup, posting automation or custom integrations.
  • Ongoing monitoring or work beyond the agreed investigation allowance.
  • Audit, assurance, tax advice or other locally regulated professional engagements.

What a useful outcome looks like

The review should establish coverage, explain supported differences and leave unresolved items with a next action. Findings may identify timing, fees, refunds or missing records. A record correction or explanation is reported separately from cash actually received.

No saving, cash recovery or complete resolution of third-party issues is guaranteed.
