CORDINZA / Hotel revenue-to-cash control
Start with records you can export.
The proposed first review uses a small, agreed record set. Establish completeness and permission before relying on a connection or transferring financial files.
The starting record set
| Record | What the review needs |
|---|---|
| Operational payments | Payment dates, amounts, currencies, transaction references and relevant refunds or adjustments |
| Settlement provider | Gross payments, fees, refunds, chargebacks, net payouts and payout references |
| Bank account | Receipt dates, amounts and references, with authorised redaction of unrelated details |
| Timing context | Relevant opening items and subsequent receipts where needed to explain period-end timing |
A file-led first engagement
The starting service is designed around authorised exports from the hotel’s existing systems. Exact file format, field availability, completeness, permitted use and transaction volume must be checked for each proposed review.
Automated connections are optional, separately assessed capabilities. No named connector is represented as commercially released. The development environment includes eZee and QuickBooks Online; that does not establish support for another property or a U.S. deployment.
Good fit for the starting scope
- One hotel, one completed month and one currency.
- A nominated hotel finance contact.
- Operational payment, settlement and bank records with usable references.
- A specific settlement or receipt question within an agreed volume and review allowance.
Where the starting scope may not fit
- Records cannot be exported, permission is unavailable or key sources are missing.
- The problem requires a full ledger reconstruction, multiple currencies or a portfolio-wide migration.
- The desired outcome depends on unsupported connections or an unbounded recovery investigation.
Those cases require a different scope or an appropriate specialist. A preparation checklist does not establish eligibility.
