Know where your
stay stands.
A pending request, verified payment and confirmed hotel reservation mean different things. Keep the next action clear.
Confirmation you can understand.
The request is recorded. It is not yet a room reservation or a confirmed price.
An authorised approver accepts the exact current offer. Approval alone does not move money or reserve inventory.
The contracted payment source confirms the result against the original obligation. An uncertain result is checked using the same reference.
The supplier response matches the accepted property, room, dates, occupancy, currency, total and terms. The confirmation and servicing details are retained.
Change, cancel or ask for a refund.
Changes and repricing
Review proposed replacement dates and the full replacement total, price difference and changed policy before accepting. The original stay remains until the supported change is confirmed.
Cancellation
Review the saved booking policy, exact deadline and refundable/non-refundable amounts before requesting cancellation. A request is not a supplier cancellation confirmation.
Refunds
Keep entitlement, refund request, provider processing and payer receipt separate. A cancellation notice or processed status is not proof that the customer received the money.
Arrival problems and escalation
Keep the original booking and payment references with the same case. An accountable servicing owner, backup, remedy and next update belong with the case.
Updates should carry useful context.
A clear transaction update explains what happened, the relevant reference, any financial effect, what happens next and who owns it. Important changes belong in the account history as well as any agreed communication channel.
For an actual stay.
No live stays are booked through CORDINZA at present. For a reservation made directly with a hotel or another provider, use the confirmed supplier and servicing contact on that reservation. The demonstration does not provide live or emergency booking support.
