Our accessibility target.

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public site and customer experience. Full independent conformance, assistive-technology testing and real-user performance acceptance have not yet been established.

Keyboard and focus

Public navigation, tabs and action controls are designed for keyboard use, with visible focus, a skip link and Escape to close the mobile menu. Focus moves with the active demonstration view.

Readable and responsive content

The interface uses a shared type and colour system, labelled inputs, wrapping content, clear errors and layouts for smaller screens. Tables keep their own horizontal scrolling area where needed.

Motion and transaction clarity

Reduced-motion preferences are respected. Pending requests, verified payments, hotel confirmations and refund receipt are described as separate states.

Known acceptance work

Independent screen-reader and device testing, complete journey accessibility review, production account usability and real-user loading/interactivity/stability measurements remain open.

If a step is difficult to use.

For an existing account, use your agreed administrator or support channel and include the page or transaction reference, the task and where you were blocked. Public enquiry submission is not yet open.

The standards behind the target.

Read WCAG 2.2 at W3C. Loading, interaction and layout stability also need measurement across actual users; a single local check does not establish that outcome. Read about Core Web Vitals.
