CORDINZA / Adoption & continuity
Move the work.
Keep the record.
Plan source access, mappings, validation, responsibility and exit before changing the systems that support your service.
A controlled start.
Identify property, room, rate, account and original transaction references. Record who owns each source, what can be used and which operations are supported.
Define the property, period, currency, expected population and namespaces. Preserve original identifiers and historical interpretation; do not infer a match from a similar name.
Use a bounded trial, reconcile the complete expected population and investigate omissions, duplicates and conflicting records. A prepared file is not an accepted migration.
Name the delivery owner, reviewer, support owner and backup. Keep unresolved work and the route back to the original source visible.
Review the first output and the supported failure/recovery behaviour before relying on the ongoing service.
An orderly exit.
Records and portability
Agree the export scope, format, original references, file manifest and validation. An export checksum can detect a changed file; it does not establish source accuracy, rights or acceptance.
Open stays and money obligations
Keep supported bookings, changes, refunds, collections, invoices and unresolved cases assigned through the handover. Ending a service does not settle those obligations.
Access, retention and deletion
Agree the effective end date, retained records, deletion duties and source-access revocation. Preparing a request is separate from verifying that a source permission was revoked.
Try the bounded example
The Connect demonstration exports fictional history and imports only supported fictional saved settings. A settings import cannot create a booking, payment, invoice, team permission or entitlement.
Current availability.
Live external customer migrations and production self-service access changes require the accepted source, tenant, commercial and operating arrangements. The public import example is limited to fictional settings.
